Ordered 3 ice creams and one, The Birthday Cake tasted odd, old. I called and asked for the manager. A young person said she... was the Manager Laura. I told her the issue and she placed me on hold. Another young person came on the line. I asked who shewas as I wasn't told I was being transferred. She replied, my coworker gave me the phone. What store leaves children to managea business? They are probably all under 18 and no supervision and definitely not 1 has any management training. I called themanager's line, which was posted on the wall and I am STILL awaiting a response. I guess that explains why children are left torun a store alone. Read more
Terrible service. All the staff had attitudes. Didn?t say anything just stared and rolled their eyes. The ice cream itself was... bad too. We ordered a mocha cappuccino fudge ice cream cake online over the weekend for a birthday a few days ago. That ice cream cake... was so very delicious and refreshing. It was definitely more ice cream than cake, but that made it all the better. My order wasready on time and the employees were courteous and friendly upon pick up. We will definitely order ice cream cakes from thislocation in the future. Read more
Quick service however the butterfinger cone was not fresh so I broke off the parts of the cone that was covered in the... butterfinger coating with hopes of finishing my cone. After breaking off the cone I discovered a whitish grey hair deep insidethe ice cream. Completely ruined my experience. Made my stomach turn. I threw out the cone and cookies that I purchased alongside it. $15 died the drain. Read more
We never go out for ice cream, as it can be pricey (which it was). Typically we grab a box of sandwiches, cones, or a 1/2 gallon... from Walmart & enjoy as a family! I?m happy we did! We won?t be able to do it often, as it was $50 for our family of 5, but wedefinitely enjoyed our little family outing & will eventually be back. Read more
First time at this new location. Very nice, clean, bright with friendly staff. Sheldon helped us and was fast friendly and very... helpful. We got cookies to take home and ice cream to eat there. All was very good and we were very satisfied. We hope to seeSheldon next time we are in. Read more
It's ok. Service was a 2/5. The cashier did not want to be there. The milkshakes are 5/5! Perfect. The cookies are a solid 3/5.... Honestly, I think it would have been better if I purchased mix at the store and made them myself at home. To be that average andoverpriced, Marble is not on my list of must try places for cookies. Additionally, they didn't have an advertised milkshake (theMajestic) and milkshakes don't come with a 1/5 of a cookie, like the picture on the wall shows. Recommendations: Have an optionto warm the cookies and hire friendly service representatives. Read more
