Tried first time here this afternoon. Since first step the experience wasn?t pleasant. The lady didn?t pay attention to what we... requested. The rice appeared to be dry as if has been sitting for long. When asked, she said - ?it?s cilantro rice baby?. I amdefinitely older than her. Rest Ingredients she was in rush or didn?t care. For second burrito requested guacamole and shedidn?t even put it. Assuming she wasn?t having a good day, I didn?t bother her again and simply took our food. My 10 year kidalso noted all this. Later at home, my wife complained about upset stomach in evening. No one in my house is willing to tryagain. But to me it was ok food but definitely not as good as chipotle. Read more

please do yourself a favor and do not eat here . came in first time for lunch , i have never tried free birds before so i was... only comparing with chipotle. bought a bowl with chicken and a burrito with birra. paid 28$. not worth it for an absolutelyhorrible meal. especially the chicken one, there was barely any chicken and the rice was over cooked and soggy. we asked for aside of salsa and it tasted like soap. 30 mins later and my tummy hurts. never again. Tried contacting through website but won?t let me. Very disappointed. NO MEAT We ordered the largest burrito last night... (steak), when wife and I got home and started eating it, it was 99% rice - we counted just about eight pieces of meat, therewere a few beans, but it was a rice burrito. IT SUCKED It was bad, way bad. Had it not been so late and me being worn out Iwould have driven right back up over there and asked for a refund. I get it, try and cut corners here and there to make theprofit, but come on! I came here for the first time, felt like food wasn?t fresh. I spent $16 bucks on my lunch meal with a soda/drink. Not worth... it! Chipotle concept, I would go to Chipotle and get better quality food. Service was great, wish food was asgreat. Freebirds management Need to work on your food quality and quantity. I usually go to Chipotle but wanted to try something else. Same concept. However the flavors aren't the same. I'd say it was a... miss. The salsa selections were not good. I used my own out of the fridge. The dressing for the salad was not good.Disappointing as I chose two different ones to try. The steak had flavor and their portions were nice. I did have a goodselection of stuff to put on it but I was looking for the whole meal to be good. Probably going to stick with Chipotle... Read more
I liked the restaurant, and there was a bean bag toss outside as well as turf to have some fun outside. There was also seating... so parents could eat and watch their kids play. And it was also convenient to have a automatic hand washer as well! Read more
On November 12 I ordered a burrito with chicken. The burrito didn?t have chicken at all, so I called to complain about and they... promised that under my cel number I would get a free burrito next time I visit the restaurant. Today, I went to get my freeburrito and my number wasn?t register and I had to paid for my burrito. The manager looked at me like I was crazy and she toldme that they don?t do that. Someone there not only make mistakes, make bad food and bad costumer service. Never again! Read more
