This particular Firehouse Subs is in need of workers and sometimes it may take some time to get your sub. With that being said,... they still have the best customer service and their staff is super friendly, so kudos to their hiring manager. Give them alittle break and order ahead of time if you?re in a hurry. The subs are also fresh and tasty. I?d choose Firehouse over Subway,Jersey Mike?s, and other similar sub shops any day. I usually order the Steak and Cheese or their Smokehouse Cheddar sub for myhusband and he loves them! My son also enjoys the Hook and ladder. The bread of their sandwiches always taste special and unique. I ordered the Hook and Ladder sub today which was their voted #1... choice. Again, the bread was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The smoked turkey breast and Virginia honey hamcomplemented each other well, together with lettuce, tomato, mustard and mayo made it a delicious mouth watering meal. Read more

Haven't ate at this location. Walked in was kind of greeted. The girl taking orders could have been a lot more friendlier and... asked if customers had reward number or at least asked about it. She seem to have attitude, I believe her name tag said TuTu. Iordered the steak and cheese and my only question is where's the steak? Not very much on here for the price. Read more

Ordered subs and salad for 40 guests at a wedding reception. Subs were individually wrapped (4 different kinds). Salads came... with 4 different dressings. Mayo and mustard packets were separate.
