I love the Pollo Loco food but I hate this location. They can't seem to find the right management to take care and value their... customers. Now this manager has made it a rule to only give two creamy silantro dressings per customer when I'm spending $60 onfood and rather loose the order then to provide more dressings! The customer service was wonderful. We ordered a pollo bowl and chicken only meal. The chicken in the bowl was very hard and dry... and they only had thighs and legs available and would have to wait for 15 minutes for our first choice so chose not to wait. This place has been a roller coaster sometimes having great food and great service and times when their method of delivery to... customers have flaws. Pollo chooses to seal the bag after packing your food which can lead to missing contents going unnoticedby the restaurant staff. Since our package was ?to-go? we picked it up and left. Showing our trust in the restaurant. Sadly thistime it burned us. We literally paid for items we did not receive with the the restaurant doing nothing to immediatelycorrecting the situation. This leads to suspicion or lack of confidence that my food will be prepared with the best intentions.Now I have to inspect each bag from el pollo loco because they?re crazy about not protecting our interests but ripping us off.
