I love the Pollo Loco food but I hate this location. They can't seem to find the right management to take care and value their... customers. Now this manager has made it a rule to only give two creamy silantro dressings per customer when I'm spending $60 onfood and rather loose the order then to provide more dressings! The customer service was wonderful. We ordered a pollo bowl and chicken only meal. The chicken in the bowl was very hard and dry... and they only had thighs and legs available and would have to wait for 15 minutes for our first choice so chose not to wait.
