I am a regular here on fry rd and morton rd.. I love the staff every morning I come which is around 6:15am.. Now today there was... a new cashier, unfamiliar face. Whom was very rude. While I was ordering my order on drive thru, she was rushing me that I couldnot finish my order. So at the window, I asked for the last item and she snatched the bag. I?m not sure if they were shortstaffed or behind but it?s no reason to treat your customers like that. Especially your regulars. Read more
This spot messes up my drink every time. I looked through the window one day to see them making my drink and they don't even... give full pumps for the syrup that we pay for. Just shallow taps and barely anything came out. I reported it to the corporatethey promised a refund due to poor service and poorly made drinks and I never got the refund. I wish there was a Starbuckscloser because this spot is definitely not worth the money. AND THE DONUTS ARE NASTY. Read more
I am usually not disappointed at Dunkin? Donuts as the one we frequented before (La Porte) was pretty on spot and great. This... one in Katy, however, is a hit and miss...mostly miss unfortunately, not just because they have given us incomplete mobileorders before, even when we call them out on it, but the quality of their drinks and food is below other locations. My chailatte was basically awful tasting water, and as you can see the food was burnt and they had no intentions to replace it. Thatcratered item is supposed to be the cheese croissant next to a burnt hash brown and burnt everything bagel. Tasted just as badas it looks. So sad it is the only Dunkin? in the area. Read more
Clean and friendly! This location was clean. The patio area was nice and they had well kept landscape. Inside, had a relaxing... almost Starbucks cafe kind of feel. The hot chocolate was good and not watered down. They also made my mom?s coffee just to herliking on the first try. That rarely happens. Also, I? loved that the outdoor patio gave me an option to bring my pups. Theyhad a good time and welcomed all the guests :) My only suggestion that they can improve on is to replace the outdoor patioumbrellas with new ones. The ones outside have holes and are falling apart. It doesn?t match the clean and up to date feel thatthe rest of the store presents. That?s a minor set back so I will not take a star off for that. This Dunkin? is clearly a franchised location and the owners are super cheap and stingy with everything. Not up to regular... Dunkin Donuts standards. Employees are never kind nor servicial here, yet they have the audacity to have a tip jar at the drivethru. I come here every so often for breakfast but after today?s experience I won?t be back. I ordered multiple items at thedrive thru and the employee must?ve misheard a part of my order even after I repeated it over twice. I didn?t notice her mistakeuntil I got home. When I called to have the single incorrect item refunded, ?Ali? told me that wasn?t an option, that it was myresponsibility to check the receipt and food. It?s annoying that I?ll now have to e-mail or call Customer Service for somethingthat could?ve been corrected way easier.
