I am a regular here on fry rd and morton rd.. I love the staff every morning I come which is around 6:15am.. Now today there was... a new cashier, unfamiliar face. Whom was very rude. While I was ordering my order on drive thru, she was rushing me that I couldnot finish my order. So at the window, I asked for the last item and she snatched the bag. I?m not sure if they were shortstaffed or behind but it?s no reason to treat your customers like that. Especially your regulars. Read more

This Dunkin? is clearly a franchised location and the owners are super cheap and stingy with everything. Not up to regular... Dunkin Donuts standards. Employees are never kind nor servicial here, yet they have the audacity to have a tip jar at the drivethru. I come here every so often for breakfast but after today?s experience I won?t be back. I ordered multiple items at thedrive thru and the employee must?ve misheard a part of my order even after I repeated it over twice. I didn?t notice her mistakeuntil I got home. When I called to have the single incorrect item refunded, ?Ali? told me that wasn?t an option, that it was myresponsibility to check the receipt and food. It?s annoying that I?ll now have to e-mail or call Customer Service for somethingthat could?ve been corrected way easier.
