Always fast and great service! One of the best dominoes I?ve ever been to.
Absolutely horrible service yesterday . I usually have great help when I order from here, last night a woman argued with my... husband over leaving a pizza at the wrong house without letting us know it was at our door then flat out told us the housedelivered didn?t have a bbq pit outside showing it was delivered wrong and instead of giving a discount or helping they make uswait longer to bring us our pizza with no concern or ownership for mistake ! Completely unprofessional! Corporate can contact me! Management can contact me cause this is ridiculous! Most favor apps even take a pic of the house to show they delivered it !No free pizza , no discount , and not even an apology. I absolutely love ordering from this dominoes location. My pizza is always hot and even the curbside order are on time and even... if they are behind like one minute the communicate that with me. I placed a order and after doing so no where was I told how long it will take after trying to reach out to the store for 20... minutes on hold I was hung up on. Now I want to cancel it it normally takes 15 minutes to get here it?s been 40 minutes and thedominoes tracker says it?s not even reached the ?bake? section yet. Lauren that works there, is awesome!! I asked them after years of living in what I believed to be a dead zone, why that was.... Lauren was welcoming and heard my story and told me why the several locations near me don't deliver. Gave me a pamphlet for thelocation that dont appear on the app and told me I could now get delivery. I'm a regular customer of domino's for years, this location was ok, not the best but ok, lately not recomend anyone to buy... anything at this location, you make you own decision, my personal experience was from ok to bad. The cheese bread hard, flat andgreasy. Read more
