Ordered small family meal through uber eats. Supposed to have sliced brisket dry stringy burnt not fit to eat same with the... pulled pork potatoe salad was crusted over and very yellow yuck terrible meal don't usually write reviews but this was sodisappointing felt the need to share. Read more
I usually order online and pick it up in-store. They are usually out of at least one of the sides I order and they don?t have... regular brewed tea like all the other Dickey?s. Other than that, the food is okay and the staff is friendly. Read more
Got mine to go. Over priced for small portion sizes. Below average brisket. Green beans WAY too salty and from a can. Mashed... potatoes were good. BBQ sauce not impressive. Lady who took my order was very nice. Clean and well packaged. Just an averageplace with high prices. I wouldn?t come here if I had more options but I?m a truck driver so my food options are limited. THERE WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN THE CABBAGE SLAW, they forgot our cookie, the food was cold and dry when we got it, and they... have the absolute WORST customer service I've ever encountered in my life. They would not do anything about any of this and toldus to take it up with corporate. My son could have ate the piece of plastic! This was our first and last time ever eating atdickey's. I am extremely upset and disappointed. As somebody who has worked in food, this is not how you treat customers. Iwould not recommend to anybody in a million years. Read more
