I only went here because my parents insisted on going here. They really like cheap food. I was impressed. The food is standard... CiCi's fare, but the place was clean and well staffed, even though the place was almost at near capacity when I went there on aearly Saturday afternoon. The salad/topping bar was well stocked and very fresh. The pizzas also kept coming onto the buffetline to feed the steady stream of customers coming in. Pans were consistently rotated out when going empty. Buffet is 8dollars. If you want a flavoured drink its 2.29 more. I think that is a excellent value in the times we are in. The place is byfar the best CiCi's I have ever been in. Even the pizza crust is a bit better than I remember it to be. Try it out, you may besurprised. Read more
We have come here for the past 5yrs and have never had any issues. The atmosphere, the food all amazing. Until today... unfortunately we had an issue with the food. Sooo happy with this location! After a long day at monkey joes with the family we brought the kids to Cicis and were not... disappointed. Everything on the buffet was fresh and constantly being rotated staff was friendly and greeted us when we came in.Everything was clean and nice plastic wear options was awesome. While eating I was chewing on something strange and pulled out of my mouth a fingernail clipping. I took it to the manager and... she offered to refund the meal and was not interested in the fingernail....after she offered she could not refund because Ididn't keep my receipt however, the cashier was standing there and Said nothing. Still curious as to how a fingernail got intothe food which was my concern and no response to it made me feel like this happens often. Read more
If you think all Cici?s are the same, then go to this location and you?ll see a difference. Sure every Cici?s you go to, you?ll... hear that familiar ?Welcome to Cici?s!? when you enter, but then start looking at the little things, and this location is whereit stands out. Every time I?ve been here, salads/vegetables have always been full, and never a mess. Tongs are all standing upand aligned. I?ve seen this during busy and quiet times. Even the scoops for the pasta sauces are placed the same - front rightcorner of the container. Pizza spatulas are also in the same location, which is front center. You have to give credit whereit?s due, and the employees here do a great job on keeping the food area clean and presentable. You will notice that employeeshere are different ages, from what looks like high schoolers to senior citizens. And the manager on duty this particular timecould have been a recent high school graduate herself. I noticed it wasn?t just about delegating tasks, but she was busy fillingsalad dressing containers, doing tasks herself. This is a very well run crew. I even saw someone cleaning every inch of chairsat a table. How often do you see that? It really looks like people at this location take great pride in their work. If there isone thing that needs to be changed(it doesn?t really), maybe it?s one of the napkin containers being difficult to pull outnapkins. Had been wanting to have Cicis for a while and found this location when we were in Katy. Staffers were welcoming, friendly, and... helpful. Pizza tasted pretty good and it was a good value for the price. Pleasant atmosphere. Glad to have gotten our pizzafix here. Read more
It's what you would expect from Cicis. Not the greatest taste. It's what you would expect from an all you can eat pizza joint.... Every pizza kinda taste the same but that cheesy bread is delicious. Read more
Great clean Cicis. Food was fresh. Staff was nice. Only issue I had at 6 pm was every pizza was some type of pepperoni! Like... they had excess and tried to hide it on every pizza. Only other option was a spinach or Hawaiian pizza. Hey Cicis, change itup! You don't have to put pepperoni on every pizza. Even a plain slice would have been great. Read more
