0 STARS. JUST Terrible customer service. Went through the drive thru just now and was ignored. After sitting there for 15... minutes. Blew my horn and still was not acknowledged. Decided to park and go in. As I was about to walk to the door the rudemanager yelled at me and said they were closed. As the sign said opens at 10:30 am and it was already past 11:00am. A nice wererunning a little late would have been ok. But a yell and the rudeness was unacceptable. So we left and decided to go to KFC.They just lost a loyal family. Just like all the other negative reviews,don't waste your time over here. Drive thru only,15 minute wait just to order. Drive... thru lady obviously has no common sense. Had to drive back around and wait another 15 minutes just to approach thewindow. Instead of fixing my order for her mess up,they still had the nerve to charge me the missing biscuit and fries. I ordered a family meal and two drum sticks were ice cold yet looked thoroughly cooked which leads me to believe they reheat the... chicken here. I also ordered fries which also looked cooked and yet some pieces were also cold to the touch, not room temp coldI mean ice cold as in they were refrigerated. Food was fresh and good! This visit was special as this was one of the few restaurants open during the winter freeze in Houston... TX. I sat in the drive thru line for literally 2 hours and 30 min before making it to the speaker to place my order. I wasliterally about the 20th car in line. I wasn't mad at all. Millions of people and businesses had no electric or water so wegratefully sat in the drive thru and looked forward to our food! We were hungry n just wanted a hot meal. The chicken was soyummy and fresh as were the sides. I had a large order and it was 100% correct. They treated me like I was the only person inthe drive thru! Thank you church's for being the MVP!! HEB has also had some supplier issues with their products. The store on Fry Rd just north of I-10 switched a ton of products,... including entire rows, from one end of the store to the other. It was extremely frustrating the first couple of times we went inafter this strange flip flop. And this past week they had ZERO russet baker potatoes. They had some pre-packaged extremelysmall bake potatoes that I never buy. But, overall, HEB has done pretty well in keeping the shelves stocked. Just quit movingso much stuff around. Read more
