Bravo!! I complained a few months ago - the service & food were horrible! Now, OMG! What a complete 360!! Bravo! Great job!... Kudos to the regional manager who called about my complaint some months ago.. he actually listened & made change!! I have picsto prove it! Plus the store manager & employees were great, friendly, professional! Plus? the delivery, appearance & taste of mymeal was wonderful!! I have pics - hopefully I can upload at next prompt. Ordered 2 sandwiches. One was really good the other not so much. Was the wrong sandwich. For that reason couldn't give them 5... star. Typically would give one star but earned 4? because of Fernandos handling this issue. He offered to replace our entireorder at a time of our choosing. To me its outright laughable when there is a mistake on a takeout order and restaurant offersto replace it for free. WHOOP WHOOP! It's not free I paid for it and either go back or take credit. LEARN THE LESSON I SEEM TOHAVE A HARD TIME LEARNING. Check all your take out orders before leaving to avoid disappointment and regret. A take from thisyear's mantra. Update I?ve spoken with the regional manager and they give me a full refund and a strawberry lemonade drink to go. I?ve always... liked the food here, always been hot and fresh which is a plus to me. So I will be back because they made it right. I updated mystars from a 1 (previous comment) to a 3. I wish the daily special will stay at $4-$5. When you?re super hungry and haven?t ateall day, so you get something quick to eat. And then you look down after eating a few good fries and there?s a hair!! Likereally.. just nasty.
