the food isn?t all that for the price . and my biggest complaint is the workers . the workers are very disrespectful towards... young girls and women . they are Inappropriate by talking among themselves saying inappropriate phrases . my daughter and herfriends are very disturbed and we will not be going back. Stopped by here for a quick meal. The staff was a bit rude and didn?t really care about anything besides hearing the order and... proceeding to make it. The french fries although tasted ok, were seriously lacking salt. The cheese fries were just a mess ofwhat seemed to be processed cheese and the unsalted fries. The one thing that was actually good was the melt itself. I got aregular sized vegetarian. It was actually delicious but way overpriced for such a small portion. Today our family experienced an awful attitude. We were 3, and we made order for 4 people to take one set home. When we sat and... started eating we found out that the personnel put 3 boxes of french fries while we paid for 4 french fries, 4 steak sandwiches,and 4 beverages. My husband went back to them with a receipt and asked about the 4th box. They dealt with him like he wastrying to cheat them and did not give our order in full while we paid over $60 for our order. At least you could look at camerasand see what happened, its totally your mistake, and you did not correct it, even more, you insulted my husband, while hishealth is not good. It is a disgusting attitude to our family, and we are not going to eat there any more. Read more
Sorriest excuse for a steak I've had in a long time. I ordered an american wit and the girl at the register said they don't have... american; prov, swiss, or cheddar. When I get my steak, it's got lettuce and tomatoes on it. That's not a steak. That's acheesesteak hoagie; and if I wanted one I would have ordered one. Read more
Don?t get me wrong. I love this chain and they make very delicious food. unfortunately a few of the employees at this specific... location seem to have an attitude problem along with poor customer service in general. After ordering my food I was trying toput my wallet back into my purse as quick as I could but apparently it wasn?t fast enough bc the woman who took my order beganto attempt to take the order of the person Behind me before I could move which made me feel very rushed. After that I waswaiting for my food and didn?t hear the woman call my number and when I did she gave me a large amount of attitude and tossed mysandwich on the counter. I?m sorry I know working in customer service isn?t always fun, I do it myself. But it?s really not thathard to hand me my sandwich smile and say ?have a nice day? considering this is your job and you are being paid to do so. Ihaven?t had problems with other locations but myself and many friends have been treated poorly at this one. Maybe y?all shouldwork on customer service so people are more inclined to come back. Love the original cheese steak with banana peppers added to it. I also ordered the ultimate fries which my wife demolished... before I can eat one however, she said they were amazing. She said the only problem with the fries was the portion andeverything that was bought wasn't worth $18. I'll eat there again if the price and portion were better. Read more
