I ordered my family's meal and clearly asked what diet drinks they have because I'm a type 1 diabetic so have to know how many... carbs in consuming because I've got to take insulin for it. The kid at the window rattles off every single drink rather thanjust the diet drinks, so I make it clear that I'm asking what's diet because in diabetic and it's important. Just diet Coke, okI'll take that. I still end up with a regular Coke that would make make me sick if I didn't recognize it. I'm not going back toget it corrected I just threw it out and wasted my money due to them not caring enough. Thanks ???? Read more

I am tired of your drive thru getting my order wrong every time. I order a double meat no veggies or sauces, but mayo only, and... you put it with veggies and jalapeños even. $9.49 plus tax for a burger fries and drink. Its time to stop eating at these places. Very slow drive through as well. Bun soggy... for burger and chicken sandwich was globbed with mayo. Just poor quality overall. Read more

I ordered through the drive-through. The #1 but really felt like they didn't want to give a receipt. I believe a receipt is very... important and my right to have. Plus there's a Customer Service survey on the back of the receipt. Sadly this receipt was insuch poor condition it was impossible to participate in the survey. Plus I've noticed in the past when trying to get thepromised reward on the back of the receipt has been like pulling teeth. I've attached a picture of what I got as a receipt frommy visit! Sad Burger King! Laser printer skips and blocks out the Survey Code! Sad! Read more

This location is ok. Sticky tables but the food was good. The decor inside was very beautiful. Love the updated look. The... bathrooms need improvement and cleaned more often. It was mid day and they were nasty. Also, attention to details need to bestressed. They will make or break a great experience. Read more
