My husband and I went to Brewingz in Katy and had a wonderful experience. Tyrone assisted us and his customer service skills... were impeccable. The young man that greets you at the door & seats you was enthusiastic and friendly as well. The location wasextremely clean. I like that they had an outside patio area. Just moved to Katy a couple of months ago. I used to go to Brewingz all the time but stopped. Started coming to this location ,... even went 2 days in a row one week. Atmosphere is good , great music , great service. I always go to the bar. Awesome deals onfood and drinks. Usually when you go places and it?s deals on things - they never get you drunk or full. But not at Brewingz !!Highly recommend this location. Read more
The staff that was there in the bar was great. The food came out fresh & fast. It took a while to get drinks refilled because... they are super short handed in the bar area of the restaurant while there was 3 or 4 people in the front standing around. Youcan tell it adds a lot of stress to the bar staff. Read more
We waited about 15 minutes and no one came to table and other tables were sat after us and immediately were helped. I waived a... waitress down and asked who our server was she said she would take care of us . My husbands beer took another 10 minutes andwasn?t brought until he asked for at least some water . 40 mins from the moment we were sat and still no food , my kids werehungry and starting to get fuzzy because of it . we just got up and left . This was my first time at any BreWings. Our Waiter was Kaylus. He was very sweet but quick to walk away after asking for one... thing when we needed a few things. I felt we over worked him, but I?d like to have him as a waiter again though. I also felt iswas very dark where we were sat and my daughter had a hard time seeing the kids menu they gave her. Also they didn?t havecrayons for her to play on the kids menu so I gave her a pen from my purse. Kaylus offered us his own but that was his only penso we politely declined. My 9yr old daughter ordered the kids Chicken Strip sandwich and she really likes it and ate the wholething and almost all her curly fries. I was surprised lol. My husband ordered a 20 piece bone in and he had the opinion toselect 4 different flavors. And I ordered a 10 piece bone in and got the option for 2 different flavors and my husband and Ishared. We really liked the flavors we chose. The only complaint I have is that we got the cajun flavor on my order and hiswhich is like a dry rub. All 10 wings we had of the Cajun flavor only had seasoning on one side of them. Thankfully there wasextra seasoning in the bottom of the basket I could dip the chicken into but I would have liked the seasoning all over thewings. I know, I know?it?s a WING place. However, trust me on this?the BURGERS are legitimately outstanding. Perfect 5-star for the... mushroom Swiss burger. Wings were good, but not spectacular, thus the 4. Eat the burger and thank me later! Service was superfriendly. Enjoyed it! Read more
Pretty good customer service. The environment was nice and chill. The prices are pretty great. We went on a Thursday for the... dollar beers and we got the vibe out wings (nuggets ????), price was pretty good for what we ate. Will definitely be comingback soon. Read more
