Website says open until 10, however there?s a handwritten sign on the door that says closed at 9?. What?s even more annoying is... that there is 5 people just standing there staring at you through the window. I'm giving two stars since I didn't get to see the inside. But dude....owner you need to do better. I've been living in Cinco... Ranch forever and yesterday was my first time going to this Baskin Robbins location. It's supposed to be 31 flavors available--31! They had like 10. Literally. The cherry on top was when I asked for 2 oreos shakes and she says: I have enough for like 2scoops. lol. What? You're the ICE CREAM shoppe....what the heck! We went there with kids.ice creams yummy! BUT they never wash hands and not wearing plastic gloves! The guy who served us, was... at cashier, returning money to previous customer exchange money, then he served us, not washing or using gloves handling conesand getting ice cream from fridge. I like going to this location because the drive thru is convenient. The service is quick and the staff is polite. The waffle... bowl is sooo good! The only thing that I don't like is that they are always out of the flavors that I want. The Strawberrycheesecake was delicious though. Read more
Ordered two milkshakes today, both had ice cream dripping on the side and bottom, didn?t notice till I sat them down on my white... shorts (chocolate and strawberry cheesecake) dude in drive way just stared at me( what a joke), and to believe they have threesigns on their drive through window saying ?plz tip?. The service was slow until another employee came out of the back. The shakes, floats, ice cream were made well. The cones were... fresh. The issue that I had, was that the place was very dirty. Dead roaches on the floor, dirt buildup in front of the glassdisplays, and dirty sticky tables. Read more
Guy in there doesn?t know what he is doing. Saturday, Sep 17, around 4 pm. I was holding cake box in my hands and ask him for a... carry bag. He hands me folded paper bag. Then I request if he could kindly open it up. He does and hands me the open bag. Then Irequest him to kindly hold it open so I can place the cake in there. Finally he understands but it?s too much work forhim. There were no other customers and 3 employees behind the counter. Other businesses that are short staffed have bettercustomer service compared to this baskin robins location. Read more
