My experience here was horrible. I came for lunch, got a drink, server lady NEVER NOT ONCE FOR 40 MINS came to check to see if i... wanted anything to eat. Now im very patient. I had to call another server just for him to grab her and grab me another drink. Iended up only paying for my drinks. I never was offered to order food, i was ignored THE WHOLE TIME!! Decided to give this place since it is not far from my home. I saw the red enchiladas with guajillo sauce on the menu and... thought they must be really good! So I ordered them with fajita meat and forgot to ask for the tortilla to be corn-so they madethem using flour tortilla. Once they came out they looked really good! I cut off a piece and as I chewed it thought the texturewas different. Well the tortilla was raw. It was not cold but it was not heated correctly before rolling it in guajillo sauce. Itold the waitress and she offered to take it to the back to which I declined and said it was okay that I could just eat the 1-2spoons of meat with white cheese inside the enchilada. I just didn?t want to risk my food coming back out worst than the firsttime. I was still charged full price for the plate. I don?t recommend the enchiladas and the guacamole didn?t seem like it wasmade with real avocados. Just make sure the tortilla in the enchilada is heated correctly. Today we decided to try breakfast at this spot that?s just around the corner. The entrees were huge and cooked at the moment.... The atmosphere of the place is basic, needs more detail but we figure the place is more a bar than a restaurant itself but itdoes the job when it offers variety at a good price. The service was good too no complains. I?m intrigued to come back for lunchand try the fajitas. We?ll see. Read more

First and last time coming to this restaurant. I ordered a to go over the phone and was given a $72 (and some cents) total. When... my husband paid at the window our total changed. Apparently, they charge 15% percent gratuity on ?large orders?. He requested tohave that refunded as he never approved nor added gratuity to our order. The employee said she couldn?t do that. When we askedwhy did they automatically add that charge to our total her response was ?oh its this new thing the owner is doing now to largeorders? So then my husband asked why are they not disclosing that charge to customers prior to ordering or atleast at the timeof payment. So then she responded that it says it online in which I asked her to show us where that information is displayedbecause no where on there nor at the restaurant there?s a notice of this ?new thing the owner is doing?. She refused toreimburse us that money, when we asked for a manager we were told there was no manager. Then we asked for the owners contactinfo in which she directed us to the restaurant phone number yet she said he?s never there. This place is a complete rip off,the audacity of adding these charges without our consent is beyond me. Not everyone pays attention to these details on theirreceipt, their obviously taking advantage of their clients. We do not recommend this place nor will return. We understand mostbusinesses have been affected due to Covid but this is no way to make up that lost money. It would?ve been a differentexperience if they were transparent and honest about their charges. Shame on them! To the owner of this establishment if youactually take the time to read this, please reach out. This is insane, penalizing clients for giving you theirbusiness.
