I have been visiting this place for years. I love the outdoor space. The last time we ordered food was really bad so we decided... to go only for drinks. Don?t even bother to go there for drinks. We ordered the mimosa?s bottle and they charged us for theorange juice. The worst part is that they sent the orange juice with ice. It was a disaster and the manager called some otherperson with sweaty hands who shook our hands. It was bad. They chose not to discount the orange juice and the person insulted myhusband. We felt bad for the waitress who may be new at her job and we tipped her well because we felt bad for her but WE ARENEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN! They even confessed they reduced the quality of products when we told them about our clubsandwich fiasco. This place doesn?t even deserve a star. Unfortunately, as a first time customer I had a very dissatisfying experience. I?ve never felt this uncomfortable at a bar in my... life and my peers felt similar. As an added note me and my coworkers were African American. We work at a neighboring restaurantin La Centerra and went out for karaoke and to celebrate a coworkers last day and was far from greeted by Sofia. I was waitingat the bar for a good 20-30 minutes along with my peers and was never greeted. As an previous bartender that is a huge no no.The bar wasn?t even full. Still with no greeting, especially not a friendly acknowledgment we had to basically demand servicebetween the 3 of us because she clearly didn?t want to give it to us. After finally being serviced, I then watched her foranother 10+ minutes (we timed) make everyone else?s drink and not mine that I ordered. I received my food before my drink andhad to remind her of my drink. I saw her pulling tickets so how was my drink forgotten for that long? At this point wedefinitely were not getting a good vibe. We were asking our other coworkers to get drinks for us at this point because sheseemed more interested and attentive to them. She had time to leave the bar and hug patrons, and make small talk but as soon aswe would come up to the bar she walked away to the other side waiting another 10-15 minutes for service. She didn?t come offkind at all. To top it off, one of my coworkers waited 20 minutes at the bar to order food while she was wondering the barserving the handful of people she had and then told her the kitchen was closed. Of course it?s closed! She stood there for 20minutes! My coworker felt as though she was treating her a way simply because she was associating with us. That is not a goodfeeling. First visit with an intense craving for decent fish and chips and am disappointed. Fish and chips crispy but with no flavor,... seasoning or salt. Not a huge fan of coleslaw but I imagine for those who are baker street version is subpar. Service was justokay. Read more

It was a fun place. The staff was friendly and it had historical photos and decorations as well as a Dr. Who telephone post... inside! The Shepard pie bites were really good, as were the drinks and the karaoke was fun to listen to. Read more

Very nice place to just sit back and relax. No drama. Live music on this Saturday and was pretty good. Not too loud but it was... loud. Seating is very good and it has outdoor seating for you smokers. Friendly staff well trained for the size. It has a goodlayout and well established for a genuine good time.
