I give up with this location,they can never make my meals correctly. Last 4 orders they did not make it brooklyn style with... square cut. 4 pizza's in a row. The bread bites are never consistent in size or garlic drizzle. Either soaked or nothing at all.Sick of paying for a meal that i never get. Time of day doesn't seem to matter either. Also living 3min away my delivers takeway to long and on top of that im not a fan of tipping the driver when the owner shows up. Little greedy to me. So I normally have a good turnout with ordering food from dominos. But tonight not so much. Tonight I ordered 2 pan pizzas. If... anyone has never had them they are a bit thicker than a normal tossed pizza with more crust on outside. One was a Hawaiian andthe other was just Canadian Bacon. So the driver Joel is always a great delivery guy. He informed me that there was an issuewith the pizza sticking to the pan upon transfering the pizza into the box. Okay. No big deal. Then he says if there is anyissue with the pizza to let him know. Well I had to use a fork to even get the pizza outta the box because it's like a soggylasagna with no noodles. So I was curious. So I scraped the cheese and toppings back to find almost the entire inside of thepizza is still raw dough. So I called the restaurant in Kasson,MN. Spoke to Nicole(the snooty pizza chef) I purchased the pizzason the Dominos App. Told her my problems. And she wanted to know if I just wanted my money refunded or if I wanted new pizzas.Of course I want new pizzas. Were hungry. Isn't that why we ordered them in the first place? But anyway upon my brief butunintelligible conversation with Nicole on the phone I was basically notified that it was my fault that the pizzas were notdone.......You can't even make these things up. This is literally what I was told. That because I didn't click the well donebutton, its the reason my entire pizza is still raw dough. Seriously, is it that difficult too cook a pizza? If it is,apparently I am misinformed about the art of Pizza Making. SMH. But however Joel. I appreciate your service as usual.
