Why offer table service through the kiosk if I still have to go to the counter and pick up my "dine in" order? Not that I mind... doing that, but don't offer table service if I have to. Tables were nasty and you could tell they weren't wiped down at all. Noketchup in the dispenser, and to top it all off.. the coke was flat. Management is really lacking at this McDonald's. Read more
I hate that I had to give a star at all. This was the nastiest restaurant I've ever been in. Food on floor , tables were gross... with nastiness. There were no clean tables to sit at. The drink station was disgusting. Food was cold, and ineatible. But thetopper was the bathrooms. They were so dirty that I couldn't use them. I made my husband take me to gas station next door. Iwill NEVER set foot in that McDonald's again. Read more
Our first visit inside and I'm so disappointed at how dirty the whole restaurant is inside!! Every empty table was dirty,... floors filthy, seats, etc. Restaurant was only filled with a few customers so they were not too busy!!!! Read more
Ordered and paid for just a simple 20 pc nugget and paid for extra sauce as well (3cup) manager demands me to pay again after I... ask for the sauce I already paid for and then proceeded to call me cheap and told me to leave. Guess i can't have sauce for mynuggets. I understand they were busy but I didn't even get what is included with the meal and been robbed a $1.25. I watched an older gentleman get ignored by staff Saturday morning because he didn't use the kiosk. When I brought it up to the... manager, I got a finger pointed at me and loudly yelled at in a foreign language by the manager. Are they open until 11 pm on Saturdays as their hours state or do they hide away from the customers and not answer the drive... through at 10:40 pm because they do not want to make anymore food? The polite thing to do would be answer the drive through andstate they will not be making anymore food, ice cream or drinks since it is so close to closing. Customers can see you standingin the back trying to hide. I always hated customers showing up at 10 mins to close when I worked at my first pizza job, butguess what?
