Very slow and very bad customer service. Lack of training is clearly deflects on new people.
Missing 2 star because price keep going ridiculously up, getting points is getting as bad as airmiles! Everything else is good
An employee who works drive thru, I believe her name's Kaitlyn or something was ridiculously and unnecessarily rude to my friend... today. He was joking around and she turned and yelled "DID YOU ORDER THE RIGHT WAY THIS TIME" about a foot from his face. Thisemployee is constantly rude and acts miserable to the point it's hard to speak to her at all when she's under any stress.
