Ordered over the phone and was told 20 minutes. Got to the store, paid and was told another 10 minutes. In total I waited an... hour for a pizza that wasn?t even made correctly with not even an apology. What?s the point in having an exclusive menu whenthey?re always sold out of half of it? No stars given for my most recent experience. The delivery guy refused to wear a mask inside a business, and was making me feel... very uncomfortable with his comments and his very rude behavior. All while being very belittling. Will never buy from thislocation again. Read more
I ordered 3 large and 1 medium vegetarian pizza yesterday, and order was not correctly made. One of the pizza we ordered was... supposed to be pineapple and jalapeño and instead we got the same ingredients as the other pizza?s. It wasn?t a really niceexperience because all the toppings was in the middle and the outer side had only dough on it. Definitely won?t be getting anypizzas from them now on!! Read more
Iwent to pizza hut and ordered a large meat lovers. I was told pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned in 15 minutes and... waited another 10 minutes before pizza was ready. Left with pizza to a motel across the street. Washed up since I just finisheda 15 our work day. I opened the pizza box to find a Hawaiian pizza. I returned to pizza Hut with pineapple pizza at 8:20 andinformed them that I recieved the wrong pizza. I was told they close at 8:30 and the ovens were off and all they could do isgive my money back. You would think that if they are open until 8:30 they would be ready for business until 8:30. I did getrefunded my money. I would not recommend this place based on the service. Last time I ordered from the Kapuskasing location in Feb 2020, I had to wait over 2h00 for my takeout order. Unacceptable! I... called to place my order and was told it would take 45mins for 2 pizzas and some wings. It takes me 20mins to drive to theKapuskasing pizza hut. Once I arrived at the restaurant, I paid for my order and was told to wait some more because they werebehind on MANY orders. I was left waiting in the restaurant for an hour and 40mins. I watched as other people we're givendiscounts on their orders, but none was ever given to me by the owner/manager. Terrible customer service by a bunch of teenagerswith no manners. Employees being very rude to customers on the phone. Employees and their kids walking in out of the kitchenarea helping themselves to food being prepared for customers. Not very sanitary! The wings are really good, that's about all I can say that's positive there. Bought a large Hawaiian a little while back when I... went to try it the pineapple was hard like a rock and the ham was super dry and tasted very nasty and not sure if it was thepizza but I was sick for 2 days after.
