Absolutely the WORST customer service from the night shift drive thru kid. I was actually yelled at while attempting to place my... order. Then upon arriving at the window, I was completely ignored when requesting condiments and when I asked the second time,he snapped 'its in the bag' as he threw the bag at me and closed the window. I actually had to go back thru the drive thru toget the drink he neglected to give me. Never again will I stop at this place. Never. In my opinion, the kid should be fired. Read more
Last night after travelling on the road for over 10 hours, my mother in law and I pulled into the A & W. While ordering, several... times the young man working the cash would cut us off and wouldn?t allow me to put ANY toppings on my chicken burger exceptmayonnaise and yelled ?WHAT? through the speaker at us several times. I don?t know how true it is, but he also informed us thatthere A & W location does not have ice for there soft drinks. Once at the window to receive my burger, we requested that ketchupbe added to the bag, and he entirely ignored my mother in laws request so she repeated herself and he shoved the bag out thewindow into her face and said that there was ketchup in the bag before slamming the window in her face. We stayed parked at thewindow for a moment waiting on my iceless drink and when he didn?t return to the window we had to then drive through the drivethrough again to request my drink. Which he tried to give us no straw for as well. Absolutely terrible service, and the food wasjust as awful. Don?t recommend this place at all unless you can cope with the teenage attitude at the window. Read more
I don't usually write reviews. As the fast food industries is at it's low's as we've never seen before,. This place was amazing... sunday night. The young guy who served us was fast, awake, and speaks both languages. Didn't even had time to go sit down andthe order was ready ????It was an order for 4 and not even missing a thing either. Good job!!!! team A&W kap way to go, as fastfood should be, like good old times. Had to get a bite to eat after checking into a hotel after a long drive. Service was quick. Food was great.
Rudest person ever, mobile ordered got home and was missing some of the order. Called them all she said was did not show up on... their end. So drove back waited in line thirty minutes only two people working, showed them my receipt and what I paid still nosorry. How did I pay $35 but only get $20 of food geesh. And having to go back to prove it for one is not right. At least havethe decency to not be rude and make out you don?t have to fix it. Went in last night. No greeting and they are not ready to take my order. Person working just stood there. Food is always great.
