Love the spicy teriyaki chicken bowl. Unfortunately their hours say open until 9pm and we showed up at 8:37pm and they already... had the door locked and were inside cleaning. They should change the hours to reflect the actual time they lock the doors, notwhen they are leaving to go home. There were no signs saying they were closing early. Read more
One and done, After 30 minutes of attempting to eat this, I am still mad at myself for spending 16 bucks on today?s... meal. Chicken was burnt as can be (all I can taste is char) no spice on my chicken, teriyaki sauce is salty, noodles weredecent, veggies were just fine. They even gave extra sauce which was cool too. That?s probably the only bonus. They give you LeeKum kee sauce packets, but the sauces themselves were sour. ?I also paid for a water bottle, but was told they ran out after thefact, as she was handing me a fillable cup. ?We have water over there that you can fill up yourself.? The chicken was cooked to perfection, which is why I have to say that the cuisine more than lived up to my expectations. The... teriyaki sauce was flavorful without being too sweet or salty. The Teriyaki Chicken that I had worked really well with the BrownRice that I ordered, and of course the Veggies that came with my bowl made a lovely side dish to go along with it. Read more
This place has gone down significantly. My husband went to this location about a week ago to place an order he arrivals 15... minutes before closing and when he reached for the door it wouldn?t open an employee looked at my husband from the inside andpointed to the sign. The signed said opened and they were not suppose to close until 9pm. I was really upset about this butfast forward to today we decided to give them another chance. I placed an curbside order on the App at 7:40pm June 23 2020 itsaid food will be ready at 7:55pm. I waited until 8pm then I called. The female employee on the line ask someone how long thisorder will be she comes back in the phone and said it will be a while exact words. Mean while my order is suppose to alreadybe ready. But I was patient. I didn?t get my food until about 8:30pm. I reached home around 8:45pm now ready to eat my food andthey got my order wrong which is confusing because I made it through the app and it was very specific. Not only was my foodwrong but my husband plate of food was burnt. Well I tried to call them at 8:50pm they aren?t suppose to close until 9pm butno one answered so I called back to back for about 5 minutes no answer. 9pm come now they are close and I?m stuck with the wrongfood and burnt food that I spent 30 dollars for and now I have to call tomorrow when they open what a big headache! when youare spending your hard earned money on expensive food you expect to get quality food and service. Worst experience ever. We ordered at 11:45 am and there was no chicken breast available. So we ordered something else with rice.... Then we were told that the rice wouldn't be done for another 20 minutes. So we changed the order again so we wouldn't have towait so long. Iced tea dispenser was spewing, so we just dumped out the so-called "tea" and just got water. Then, after 40minutes we still didn't have our food, so we left. Paid $25 and got a half cup of water. I truly was afraid of what garbage foodand/or food poisoning we might have received, so just wrote it off as a lesson to not ever return. Read more
Completely forgot to post but 2 weeks ago before a movie we stopped by and had a delicious lunch. It was enough for leftovers.... The emat was juicy and the katsu was crunchy but not too much batter. Read more
Been here a couple times and I?ll say that the food was okay, nothing out of this world but certainly passable. I did notice... some of the food was charred but nothing I couldn?t eat. One thing I will say is, it is quite pricey for the quality/ quantityyou get. Not sure what makes the food to be as expensive as it is but it?s not a place I would keep coming back to spend mymoney on often. Keep in mind I spent between $20-$30 for a regular bowl and medium drink. Read more
