Standard Subway location in large shopping complex. I went on Saturday around 7PM and they were open and had some foot traffic. ... Three people on staff so line moved efficiently and they honored nationwide promos unlike some other franchise locations I havebeen to on island. Service was good as staff was knowledge and courteous. based on other reviews I am sure it depends on who ishelping you. I had a good experience. ingredients were fresh, bread was toasted well and they had the three sandwiches Iwanted. I'd recommend this location if you are in the area. Read more
Not going back to this location. Customer service is horrible. Walked in with 2 other people in front of me and the workers... decide to ignore the line that was forming and keep organizing the bread or whatever else they were doing. I go up to order andthe guy doing my sandwich is giving me attitude and asking me what I want on my sandwich very rudely. Then when I specificallyask for EXTRA cucumbers, he literally gives me 4! The service was ok but the food was horrible! My sandwich had two pieces of cut plastic in it! I saw the manager the next day... about this and showed her the pieces of plastic to which she said, "Oh I know what happened...that must have gotten cut and leftin during prep, sorry". Sooo, is this a regular occurrence that plastic is cut and left in meat and ingredients during prep?Disgusting and dangerous. Save you time and money and do NOT eat here. Read more
That was the most disappointed I've been at a Subway. Microwaving the veggie patty makes it too chewy and and burns the edges so... it's virtually inedible. I asked for yellow mustard and the lady making my sandwich squirted honey mustard all over it. And whenI asked for jalapenos I was given only 4 over my whole sandwich. It may be a while before I ever decide to go back..if at all. Read more
The location is small so when they toast items it irritated my eyes. We've gone there twice and both times my family had to take... our orders to the car because the of the eye irritation. We know drive to a further Subway just to be able to eat at thelocation. Not bad service but the smoke from toasting causes eye irritation in such a small venue. Read more
This review is a month late, but I can still remember the customer service given. In all my subway experiences from NYC to NC... and now here in Kapolei. This was by far the best, service was excellent, sandwich was made exact to what I wanted with nohesitation. The young man who tended to my sandwich was so professional and kind. Myself and another gentleman couldn't help butto compliment him and his mannerism. I hate I don't know his name right now but will edit it in when I stop back in. Read more
Ordered 4 subs last night, on the 24 November. There was a Justin and a trainee and some other guy. Noticed spinach was very... bad looking and the pickles were pink. Yes, they were pink. I thought it would be ok. Now here we are, household has badstomach problems on Thanksgiving day. Please ask a restraunt, follow food standards. Also this Justin needs a attitudeadjustment. I come In here often and this person always acts like they have attitude and hate life, and hate customers. Markmy words, next time, I will say something, then I will refer back to this review!
