I hope this is the one on Farrington. Anyway i went in after a long blessed day at work. Had to pick up a sandwich for my... hubby. A turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Standard Subway location in large shopping complex. I went on Saturday around 7PM and they were open and had some foot traffic. ... Three people on staff so line moved efficiently and they honored nationwide promos unlike some other franchise locations I havebeen to on island. Service was good as staff was knowledge and courteous. based on other reviews I am sure it depends on who ishelping you. Not going back to this location. Customer service is horrible. Walked in with 2 other people in front of me and the workers... decide to ignore the line that was forming and keep organizing the bread or whatever else they were doing. I go up to order andthe guy doing my sandwich is giving me attitude and asking me what I want on my sandwich very rudely. Then when I specificallyask for EXTRA cucumbers, he literally gives me 4! The service was ok but the food was horrible! My sandwich had two pieces of cut plastic in it! I saw the manager the next day... about this and showed her the pieces of plastic to which she said, "Oh I know what happened...that must have gotten cut and leftin during prep, sorry".
