Best pho we had. I let down my usual gluten free diet to try it, very good. We will be going back to get some more food from... here! Kid friendly, owner (maybe) also offered to add veggies instead of noodles for me next time. Update 2022:) - we had toreturn to get the pho. Didn?t think it could get better but it did:) the chicken pho continues to be my fave, the medium wasmore than plenty! Chicken curry was enjoyed by the others. Noodles with bbq pork was great for kids. We went back the next dayto get a banh mi, pho for me with extra veggies. Julie the owner is so sweet and remembered us from Last year. So happy to seethis awesome Small family run place doing well. Mahalo for the great food. Read more

Papaya salad (not pictured) very good, special plate good, pho was okay. We were seated quickly, order taken promptly, but... waited 40 minutes before we got the papaya salad appetizer, the rest of the food followed 15 min later. There were severalpeople waiting for their to-go orders for a while, other people seated waited a long time for their food as well. This is onlyour second time trying this location, we had a similar experience our first time as well. More staff is needed to accommodatebusy hours. Read more

I never heard of this place before. I did some research and found out they claim to be the first Pho in Kapolei, from some years... ago. I did a on-line search, found their menu, and it is a bit pricey. But I felt it was worth a try. We went last night, andordered two Pho Dac Biet large size. They don't leave condiments at the table anymore, so they come out and ask you what youneed and they give you some portions in small dishes. I have to say their garlic chili sauce is very good, and you should trysome in your Pho. Anyway, fast forward, the prices were more expensive than what I saw online. $19.80 for an X-Large Pho. I didnot see how big it is, but I hope it is big enough for two or more at that price. The large was $12.95, which is starting to bethe norm in Hawaii, possibly due to rent prices. Anyway, the soup was hot and tasty. I would give that 4 stars. The meat wastasty, and plentiful, would give that 5 stars. The only thing they failed at were the noodles. The noodles were plenty enough, but they were over cooked and soft from the beginning. I hate overcooked rice noodles. I gave to give them a 1 or 2 star forthis. Over all I give them a 3 star, and I will return and try again just to compare. I will update this review with thatexperience when I do. This is a family owned and operated business. They seem like very nice people and it felt comfortablethere. Read more

I Loved the Bun Bo Hue soup. My daughter enjoyed the kids Pho and my husband loved his pork sandwich. The sandwiches pack well... for travel too. Great for a picnic, flight travel, or a day at the beach. Read more

I don't often give 5 stars.. But this place deserves it. Every aspect of my experience was stunning. We sampled many different... items (pictured) like the #7 Pho, steamed pork Bahn mi sandwich, spring rolls, fried rice, Boba tea, etc.. It was alldelicious. The service at this place is next to none that I've seen on this island. Absolutely no complaints, I'll bereturning! Read more

Food was delicious and fresh. The staff was very friendly and asked us if we needed anything. Fill up our water when it was low.
