The lady that serve hotdog really need to learn some customer service skill. Especially dealing with customer that are disabled.... She seem very rude and inattentive when the customer trying to get her attention. Just my observation :P Read more
Ordered 2 pies and they were ready in less than 5 minutes. No cash anymore.
The pizzas are a killer deal. I just found out you can order your whole pizza "double cut" which gives you 16 slices instead of... 12. A much better size for kids and petite eaters. Read more
You can get a hot dog here for one and a half dollars, but why would you want to when there are so many free samples to enjoy. ... Moreover, if you really want to spend money, get a giant pack of 100 hot dogs much cheaper (per dog). Occasionally they havetoilet paper in stock. Read more
You can never get a hold of them to order a pizza in advance. You?ll spend 5+ mins waiting on the phone without an answer then... another 30 waiting in the store. Yes the food is cheap but not worth an extra 30 minutes of waiting in my opinion. I wish theywere just more capable of taking orders. Read more
Self serve kiosk. Best invention ever. No more waiting in lines. Other Costco's need to get on board with this program.
UPDATE: Ever since they changed the queueing line here its been better. No more choosing the shortest line but then getting... stuck behind the dude that orders $50 worth of pizza slices and brisket sandwiches. Speaking of which, the brisket sandwich isprobably my favorite here. I am not a big beef eater, but I don?t know man, I love this sandwich. Its so oily horrible foryou, but it tastes so good. And the bread is always super soft sopping up all the juices. Sigh. I just wish there was morecoleslaw in it. I wonder where they get their coleslaw from because its super on point. Of course, you cant beat the value ofthe $1.50 hot dog drink combo or the pizza slices. But really, everything here is good and a darn good value. ORIGINAL: Theygo through their lines fairly quickly. I order a sundae and it was half way filled, so I ask the lady to either give me a new one or fill it. She weigh the sundae,... ???? I wonder what the idea. WELP! Update: people who work at the food court DO NOT ANSWER Phone order, and they will ask youif you made a phone order? ???? ???? Costco should create a phone app ordering so we don't need to call if they don't answeranyway, besides it helps with the orders to be precise like Mc D ordering.! Manager should look into this mess.
