Placed an order for delivery, and they only delivered part of the order. Didn't get the sandwiches or thighs we ordered, and the... fries were wrong as well. Tried to call the location and no one answered. Tried to call again the next day no answer. So we gotripped off and have never been able to get ahold of anyone at the location. It's too bad, we have been here several times andit's been great. It would be great if someone would contact us about the order we didn't receive. Read more
Update: I tried again and this time was much better!!! AND THE FUNNEL CAKE FRIES ARE GENIUS!!! While the online ordering was... easy and my delivery was faster than anticipated, what I actually paid for was disappointing. Got free promo fried pickles and$5 off first order and still paid $15 (not including tip) for chicken that tasted day old, fries that were over salted and adrink that was not what I ordered. And they gypped me out of a ranch dipper. For a store that just recently opened, you'dthink a little more care would have been put into it. My expectations aren't unreasonable as I know how to enjoy mediocre andwould still provide 5 stars if the effort was there. Not this time, Wing Stop. Not this time. Read more
Never ate here before, so I thought I'd try them out. Well order was made fast, but the 10 piece wings I received were burnt and... hard. Not very flavorful and let me still hungry. Had to go get food elsewhere because of this. I love my BBQ wings, but I wasless than impressed with these. Asked for a water cup as well and they handed a glass that was a little bigger than a Dixiecup. :-( Read more

We've ordered 15 Wings, a large fry, and two things of Ranch. 10 Parmesan Garlic wings and 7 Lemon Pepper. The Wing ratio was... suppose to be 7 Lemon Pepper and 8 Parmesan Garlic. We didn't have no Large fry or our ranch dippings. When asked who took theorder, the staff looked confused. We've felt like we didn't get the satisfaction we wanted. Clean place inside though. To start of everything, I had great customer service. The workers have great recommendations. They were understanding and... listened well. The wings ate delicious. I love spicy so I usually will get half Mango Habenero and the Korean BBQ. They're friesare delicious and have a great seasoning. If you're into loaded fries they offer those as well but I love the fried just the waythey are. The ranch the use is tasty. It's a better deal if you pay for the large ranch instead of paying for individual ranchcups. They offered combo meals if you like that. I just do by the piece. Fries were a bit soft, which was slightly disappointing since they really are some of the best when their fresh. The signs... though, they are always on point. At least they do wings right! I wish they had something spicier than their atomic. It'spretty mild for the spiciest they have to offer. Read more
My boyfriend ordered both of our chicken sandwiches online and boneless wings. When he got home we started eating, and he took... a bite out of this chicken sandwich. He immediately spit it out and said something was wrong and it tasted gooey. I started tolook at it and took his sandwich apart and saw the chicken was completely raw!!! This is extremely unacceptable and someone canget very sick. I posted a photo below. We will not be ordering anything from this location and corporate will be notified! Read more
