Don't do it. It's not worth your time, money, or sanity. Every trip has been a nightmare. Most recently, after 15 minute in... the drive thru, I get back to work with someone else's order. When I went all the way back and went into the lobby to get itcorrected, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. It was very clear the cashier was incapable of the job (struggling with bothverbal communication and math). When I finally got someone's attention, the manager hid from me. I watched the guy tell her Iwas waiting and she kept looking at me sideways from back in the kitchen. Then she announced they were closing the lobbybecause the staff was leaving. Several people got furious and left, clearly upset. I can't believe I wasted my entire lunchbreak and even more time, only to leave hungry and with no food. Worst Wendy's ever. Stay away! Read more

I always go inside to order, it's quicker and you can check your order right there. Price for the big bag was only $5 and fed... my husband. Great people working this day. Read more

The food was good but don't have your employees at the drive thru window eating. Wiping your mouth leaving ketchup on your lips... asking for payment. I didn't say anything, maybe she missed her brake and needed to eat. Read more

I placed my order through the mobile app. Something I?ve done before, but I don?t go to Wendy?s often. My screen said it was... paid for. I pull up to the drive thru speaker and exchange my info letting them know I made a mobile order. The speaker saidthat I owed 10.38. I?ve heard it before, but usually when I get to the window they?ll just hand me the receipt and my food.Unfortunately that did not happen. The woman tells me ?your payment did not go through. Move ahead out of the line so I can getthe other customers.? I was taken aback because I?m not sure why that was the only solution. I did not move and instead openedmy bank account to see that the payment was taken. They addressed me again, but still didn?t accommodate me in any way. I askedfor the person?s name that I can only assume is the manager. He was not cooperative and told me to call the customer service andthat his full name is not important. He yelled at me saying that the mobile app takes our money but the payment doesn?t gothrough. I just have a bunch of question marks above my head. That doesn?t make any sense. Staff is rude. This was ridiculous. Read more

This location, located in the same area as The Landing shopping center on 63rd and Troost (southeast corner of the intersection)... is fine to go to provided it is not a peak time of day or is not busy. Frequently, and at random times, you'll notice a back upin the drive thru line. Prepare to wait long periods of time if you want to sit in it. It's almost as though the staff seesthe busy rush and then loses all hustle and work ethic, as if they were giving up trying. I can't blame them, I go herefrequently enough to see new faces CONSTANTLY, which tells me there is a high turnover rate in employment. Overall there theydo a fine job with the food, as I've never once had any issues with quality, freshness, or cold food. So excellent job there! Read more

Just left this location 30 mins ago.. the staff was very accommodating attentive and well managed! The Food was made fresh to... order. I can even tell the grease was either well filtered or fresh! I should know I managed a Wendy?s and my biggest pet peeveis dirty old grease! Not trying to be funny but for a inner city store I?ll give them five out of five stars. Ps I never doreviews I read them but don?t care to do them! My son?s asked to come back tomorrow that?s why I was compelled to do so! Read more

30 minutes from time I entered the end of the drive thru line to getting food. And the line wasn't even that long. By the time I... realized they were taking so long, I couldn't get out of the line. Fries tasted like old grease and the bun on the burger tastedlike it was on the verge of going stale. Won't be back. Read more
