I received completely wrong order while traveling and could not go back to the restaurant. They did not apologize, simply said,... yes, thry mixed up the order. Could not give a refund or fix it unless I returned to restaurant, but there was no way for me todo this since I was delivering to an event. You all screwed up your two best menu items. Spicy chicken sandwich hasn't been good in years since you all changed it and now... upcharging the baconator as a double and even moreso as a triple is the death nail for me. I asked for my sandwich without bacon, they made it incorrectly. I drove back and politely asked for my money back as I can?t... eat pork and couldn?t wait for a remake. I am a doordasher and sometimes I get hungry I asked if I could have a chicken sandwich and then I told him I had a doordash... order I was then yelled at and told that I should have started with that and I was the only person at the entire store inside orout and he's complained about me holding up his line for 60 seconds meaning his make line people had to stop what they're doinggetting the doordash order ready even though whenever I pulled up to the window it was already ready and done and then I didn'tget my food. Very rude and ignorant customer service I will never come back to this store or Wendy's. This ruined my experiencefor Wendy's for the rest of my life. I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant especially when I was the only customerthere. And worker. I guess they think that people work better with no food in their stomach.
