I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, and my sister got an egg ham and cheese. Both were sent through the toaster, but both were... stone cold. Unmelted cheese, cold meat. It was inedible. Also, the lemonade was watered down and no one should have to pay forthat! If you want a goog sandwich, go elsewhere. Read more

We visited the store on 51st street (near Plaza) this afternoon at 330pm before heading to Loose Park. Couldn't believe my... ears! The guy preparing our food was blasting rap music loaded with explicit lyrics. My wife was forced to listen to "B''s and"hoes" in the music while he prepared the food. Wonder if he would have done this if the store owner were onsite. In addition,the guys pants were sagging off his behind and we could see his sweaty underwear! Gross!!!! My wife asked if he could changethe music and he quipped "It ain't my music". Does this guy not realize there are families with young kids in the store? Hereally didn't seem to care about the people inside or his job. Sad part is he represents Subway? I will NEVER return to thisstore. Jimmy John's here I come! Read more
Stood in there for a good 10 without a single employee showing up to serve me. When the employee finally came they were... apologetic and nice. They had a reasonable explanation for being gone and gave great service. Other than the wait it was great. Read more

If you've got time to go elsewhere, you should. Roaches under the table's during the day. Employees clearly don't care about... maintaining the store or customer service. I asked for some brown lettuce to be removed from my sandwich (why was there evenbrown lettuce out?) And was told it was red and had to ask again for it to be removed. Very messing when making sandwiches,sauce all over the wrapper and all the toppings outside the sandwich. Just ridiculous. Read more
