Very pleasant place to hang out on a Saturday afternoon.
Placed mobile App. While your staff stood around a talked I waited. I?m supposed to play guess where you put my food?. There... was no label on the bag so I didn?t know my oatmeal was getting cold. This generation is RUDE. they didn?t ask if I could behelped. I told them labels go on the outside Don?t like snide remarks made by employee either!! Great Starbucks location with lovely Crown Center views.
We haven't had a negative experience here yet. I wanted to make sure and leave a review simply because it is leaps and bounds... above my local Starbucks. Clean, friendly service, delicious and consistent drinks. I was more than happy with my drink andthis is more caramel than I've seen in any Starbucks drink- and I always order caramel. ???? Read more
This location frequently puts incomplete or incorrectly made drinks out for mobile order customers. If you don't catch it right... away, they never answer the phone, making it impossible to get in touch with anyone to make the moment right without coming allthe way back. For a location in a tourist center, located inside a shopping district, this is incredibly inconvenient. I wentin today at roughly 2pm. I had ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea and while walking out with my family, detoured to pick it up. It had no peach, bo lemonade, 1 tea bag, and as such was missing an entire kind of tea. They did not have anyone at the handoff plane to point this out, nor didnthey leave the drink unmade (as they were missing ingredients) so that I would know. Itwas not possible to stop then other members of my family, so I picked up the phone to call them. The phone rang all the way homeand no one answered. I used my free beverage reward to get this and am incredibly disappointed. Read more
