Did an order online and drove through to pick it up. Drink was just getting prepared. No problem. Then hands me a tall drink I... asked for a venti ice peppermint mocha with vanilla cold foam and still wanted my chunky chocolate tips on top. I did not put Idid not want it. They are so lazy and how to make drinks. Took a drink and it?s not even peppermint. You might be unstaffed butdo a better job. Everywhere is unstaffed. I work retail so I understand. But do better. Great coffee, great service. I wish I could rate other drive thru customers 1 star. Follow the existing line, and don't make... your own. I wish they could mark the lines to clarify for other drivers who don't understand. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and fun, and really enjoy making great coffee drinks. They offer... suggestions when I don't know exactly what I want. Everything I've had here is excellent, and the store is always clean andinviting. Read more

The staff is extremely dedicated and ready to help, I had the idea of adding a Red Bull to a refresher, they had no Red Bulls... but listed the other energy drinks available, and helped me choose a good refresher. The barista had also let me know that if Iwanted there's a QT right across the street that sells Red Bulls. So here I am drinking a dragon fruit refresher made withlemonade, but of course I had to get the dragon fruit Red Bull to put it all together, and it's amazing! Such great staff andhospitality.
