Reviews for Spokes Coffee|Cafe|Cyclery in Kansas City, MO
The staff here is always friendly, orders come out quickly, and I?m pretty sure the dijonnaise that they put on their breakfast... sandwiches has a touch of magic in it. For coffee or a quick bite, I can?t recommend this location enough. Read more
This is a great spot for breakfast or lunch. It's a wonderful addition to the Quality Hill neighborhood!
We ordered a small cappuccino, a cortado, and a breakfast burrito. I was charged for a medium cappuccino, I guess because that... was the only size mug they had. Coffee was burnt and cappuccino was too milky. We had finished our coffees and still nobreakfast burrito, so I asked about it. The cashier didn't seem to remember so I think he put the order in at that time. Aboutfive minutes later the burrito came out and a guy working on a laptop who I assume is the owner said, "Sorry about that, wedidn't have a ticket for it. I don't know if you didn't get charged for it or what." I thought that was a weird thing to saysince I had paid $14 plus tip and it seemed like he was accusing us of trying to steal a breakfast burrito? Finally, later thatday my partner and I both had stomach issues and the only thing we had that was the same was the coffee so seems like their milkis off. Read more
Great sandwich and nice people. Clean with plenty of room. Plus, you can get your bike worked on while grabbing a beer or... coffee. We need more places like this. Definitely be coming back. Read more

This is a cool spot in a quieter part of downtown KC. There is ample seating and the staff are very friendly. I was impressed by... the number of options for breakfast and/or lunch. The prices are very reasonable. Seems like a good place for remote working. Read more
Really neat place. It?s a café/coffee shop vibe that turned into a mellow bar around 6 or 7pm. The mechanic, Quinten, changed... my tube and showed me how to do it myself next time. He answered all my noob questions about bike maintenance. Everyone elsethere was really friendly and encouraged me to join them on rides. The café was delicious but not inexpensive. I payed about$4.50 for a small 16 oz iced mocha and $10 for a pretty big tuna melt sandwich with a little serving of pasta salad. It wasn?tbusy, and service was fast. I was there from 3pm-9pm on a Tuesday night and it was quiet enough for me to study with headphoneson and a table to myself. Clean seating area and clean bathrooms. Read more
I stopped by there for the first time. The kitchen was already closed, so I ended up with cappuccino on oat milk and danish.... Coffee was fine. The stuff is not too friendly, but not rude. I just got the feeling I showed up at the wrong time. I?ll give itone more try. Read more
