Nothing like finding a long black hair in your chili dog to ruin your dinner. ???? but that was after the horrendous customer... service. Had to repeat our order several times because the person couldn?t hear us. Read more
This place was a dive. The person taking our order at the stall was impatient and couldn't hear us. Our Onion Rings tasted like... Mini Donuts which was weird. When I grabbed my shake they didn't put the cap on right and it came off and the styrofoam fellapart, and all the ice cream fell onto my foot, got into my shoes and messed up our car. Much of the staff congregated on theplaces to sit down outside so no customers could use that area. Worst experience I've had at a fast food place. Read more

I have the absolute best experience I ever had at sonic and it was because of the employee, Chico. He was so upbeat, and was so... happy to be there. It made for a better experience. He was also promoting the new signature sauce, and we absolutely loved itwith the jumbo popcorn chicken! Read more
