Really short-handed. "Our system has been down", since my last visit a few weeks ago; this is relevant because they said they... couldn't take orders via stall kiosk or drive-thru, & sounded upset when I said I ordered through the app. That was twentyminutes after my order had been placed. They asked me to move to a different stall & wait. 5 minutes later, we could see thembegin our order, & after another 20 minutes, the car hop came out with our order. Everything was there, so I gave a 24% tip.Not a location to stop at if in a hurry. Total wait from order to arrival=54 minutes... May you have better luck. Read more

Made me change my generous 4 stars to 1 today. I pulled up in the drive thru today and watched them take the order of the two... people before me. When I pulled up (also being the last car in line) and was told they are not taking any orders right now. ?That is cool, one more fast food place to stay away from. I was told it was because you all were changing shifts. I get thatcan be hectic, but get yourself together. Read more

The customer service is horrible. every time we go there they claim there's only one person that's working takes forever to get... your order! me and my granddaughter went there for a shake!! it took us 30 minutes just to get it. that was the first time thesecond time it took so long we just drove off!!! and dialing your customer service number it's not doing any good at allsomebody you need to step forward and do something about it!. This was the worst experience ever! We waited at the speakers 35min Once we ordered 30min later a lady came out screaming... telling everyone to go to the drive. Once there after waiting 15 min in drive-thru, we were told our order wasn't placed. Themanager was very rude. He was screaming at us and the employees ????. He then quoted a new price of $26.90 instead of Thepreviously quoted price of $21.00. We told him we should get the order free or discounted after what went thru. He screamed atus and said no! Where is the management in this place? I ordered a toaster sandwich and a large coke and I'm still waiting in line for the last... 10 minutes. But that was only after I sat in a stall for 20 minutes my order was pushed out of the que like it never happened. After watching the cashier flirt with a customer via speaker it was finally my turn but unfortunately the speaker is hardlyworking and extremely hard to hear. Hopefully I will get my order soon and management evaluates their morning crew. Read more

Went there for lunch and the food was good, the usual food from Sonic. The problem was the attitude of the drive up lady. First,... we could not hear hear, then we were told we could not make 2 orders, then when we got to the window, she was very rude to us.Will never go back to this one EVER! Read more
