I was really looking forward to this food. Lots of great reviews. And yet.... The chicken and shrimp? Dry cardboard chicken... ruined the perfect shrimp and tasty potatoes. The chicken and waffles? Again breaded stringy chalky chicken. I get it it's whitemeat. You just have to pay a little more attention to them breasts if that's what you serve. Quality taco Tuesday outing! The fried catfish tacos were flavorful and filling. The catfish was cooked just right and went well... with the toppings and sauce. The side of rice and beans were good but the rice was a little bit underdone for my liking. Thechargrilled oysters were tasty and reminded me of New Orleans! We had an amazing dinner last night on Valentines Day. R.J. was our waiter and was absolutely on point. We never waited for... anything. The grilled oysters were lovely the strip steak like butter. The greens were the best and the fried catfish too. Thesalad was fresh and tasty with the best dressing. The drinks are a little expensive and understand they add 15% gratuityautomatically.
