This will be the last time I visit this location. Walked in, I found two customers in line as an employee stood waiting for... someone to come out of the bathroom. He did not acknowledge customers or explain someone would be with us. At one point someonewho I assumed was the manager came out from the back and put money into a register and then walked to the back. The employeestarted making drinks, as he was making a drink I saw him take what was remaining in the little cup and drank it as he wasmaking a drink for a customer and whatever the item was ran down the side of his mouth. He then proceeded to use the back ofhis hand to wide it without washing his hand. My first order was not what I ordered. I order two smoothies and waited over 30minutes for my drinks. Never again!!! They had to remake my smoothie 3 times, and other peoples orders were incorrect. It could have been an off day, but I wasn?t... impressed. I am a regular at my smoothie king in Springfield mo, and the smoothies taste so different. Here I?ve found thatthey?re not as thick and when you ask for protein you don?t get as much as My other location. Idk how smoothie king worksinternally but from a consumer standpoint? idk if I want to go back to this location given the lack of quality compared to otherbranches. Read more

I went yesterday and ordered a lemon twist strawberry & tart cherry extreme! AMAZING! A great employee by the name of Nazz... worked and prepared the smoothies for us. (She was all by herself too) She showed great customer service, excellent speed, andoverall was fun to watch. She?s great! I will be back soon!! Read more
The best part about our experience was Nazz (the only employee in the store)! She was so patient with us, didn?t get... overwhelmed, and was super kind and friendly. We ordered the Caribbean Way and the Pure Recharge with mango and strawberry.Delicious! And crazy smooth. We will definitely be back! Facilities and bathrooms were clean.
