Told me they were closed before they're actually suppose to close. I was driving around the parking lots lost 10 mins before... close and was closer to 6 mins by the time I found them. However, if you're going to close early at least turn off the lights onthe "open" sign which is illuminated. I was really looking forward to a coffee smoothie ???? Read more

I rarely write reviews and I really love your smoothies but I am extremely disappointed in this store. Twice I have been there... at 7am when it opens to find it completely dark and unopened. Once a sweet girl flagged me down to tell me she was the storeopener and she wasn?t give keys. Another time I waited so long I was late to work and the girl working was very sweet but shelet me know another employee failed to show. Today I had to ask 3 cars behind me to back up so I could leave as the wait was solong I was going to be late to work. I?m not sure what?s going on there but I can no longer trust you with my time. Quality product. Absolute terrible staff (both liberty locations). I?ve driven away from the window without a drink now 5x this... week (between both locations). I?ve sat and watched the employee chill and have a conversation with a co worker AND a customerfor over 10 mins while I was waiting in line. I am most often 1st or 2nd in line at the drive thru and at the minimum it takes12-15 minutes to receive my order. Very poor efficiency for a Saturday during lunch hour. I ordered only two smoothies and it took 20 minutes for them to make it,... that is simply unacceptable for the amount of time it should take to make a smoothie. 20 minutes was for the smoothie, I donteven want to talk about how long we waited stuck in the drive through. I love their smoothies, but this was just a very poorexperience. Furthermore, there was no updates as we sat their and waited only simple glances in our direction ,that we couldsee, while we waited in the parking lot. Read more
