If the drive thru is the only part open, put a sign up saying as much. Losing possible customers isnt going to pay employees.... Decent ice cream but poor service. Read more
Overwhelmed teenage staff. Not enough people to run the place. Always closed during posted hours. Always out of one flavor of... custard. Guys, you only sell two flavors! Someone needs to get their act together. Read more
Their offerings are great choices but when I visited a few weeks ago they were terribly short staffed it was sad to see them so... stressed inside the window. The line had about 50 ppl outside and several cars in the window. We asked the guy why not close thedrive up window when you're short staffed and the guy said it was either the owner or mgr didn't want to do that. Now thatdoesn't make sense when can't physically operate both areas in an efficient way. That's producing poor staff morale which is whythey had ppl walk out on the job. This is poor management and they're are plenty of other places these people can go work atthat may offer a better environment and management. Read more
Extremely disappointing. We went to the Barry Road location after a swim meet. We arrived around 9:40. It was busy. Waited in... line & when we got to the window which was 10 minutes before closed was informed by the young lady that they wouldn?t be takingmore orders. They were shutting down the machines. She walked away from the window and wouldn?t even look at the 20 people thathad been waiting in line. Then another young man walked by the window, slammed it shut & laughed as he walked away. Shortlyafter that they turned off all the outdoor lights on everyone outside. That included those that had gotten ice cream and whereeating it in front of the store front.
