I Came in 12/1 around 8:30 and received terrible customer service from a young AA male who works the front counter, wears a face... mask and has curly hair covered by a hat. He was very unprofessional when handling my order and I will not be back because Ofthe treatment . This guy definitely needs a coaching on how to treat customers?. Read more

This store is unacceptable for a canes. Does not live up to the legacy at all. Everyone here is insanely unprofessional and my... order is never right. The greeting at the drive thru was an impatient ?go ahead with your order?, at the window they open thewindow, grab the card, and hand it back with the least amount of words possible while in the back ground workers are yelling ateach other and laughing. The dining room is ALWAYS closed way earlier than 10pm. Tonight it was closed by the time I was thereat 8:30pm. I don?t understand how management can allow a business to be run like this, every canes I?ve ever been to has hadwonderful service and this one is straight trash. It should be closed or completely restaffed. Read more

3 Chicken Finger deal is amazing.. it's my same order every time. I usually am not able to wait to I get home to eat the... toasted bread, it's so good. The fries are krinkle fries, which are delicious! And finally... the chicken.. INCREDIBLE everytime! Always juicy, especially with the Canes sauce. Love this place! And the employees are so darn great.. always amazing. Read more

The positive points of this place.. 1) The chicken finger things are juicy and have nice batter. Fluffy-crunchy batter. ... Something like that. The special sauce is nice, too. 2) The price is very reasonable. 4 fingers + 2 toast + fries + drink =same price as a McDonald's quarter pounder. Hard to beat the price. The thing I don't like is the loud music. Why have musicso loud? makes it hard for people to have a conversation, which makes people talk loud, which makes the total volume evenhigher. I never understood why some places do this. So loud it is stressful. Can't imagine the stress levels of the staffaround such loud music for hours. ("But maybe they like the music. So it isn't stressful.") Doesn't work that way. Loudsounds cause stress. The human brain doesn't like loud sounds. Being around loud music -- or loud anything -- causes multiplestress markers. Physiological, psychological, emotional. This is well researched and became an important part of industrialpsychology some years back. Having quiet environments is important if the goal is to produce good work and have happyemployees. It's just weird. Don't need to know psychological research to understand this. Turn the music down. Is it a dancebar or a chicken place? The only thing I can think of is that the corporate policy is to keep music loud to drive people out ofthe store quickly or to get people to use the drive through. Or maybe to attract people from the hood? I would come backagain...but for the music. Not interested in stressing myself with obnoxiously loud music. Nope. It's back to McDonald's forme. They play good music from the 70s and 80s, quietly in the background. That corporate organization isn't going to make themistake of playing obnoxiously loud music. If you want to eat juicy chicken fingers while feeling like you are actually in anoisy bar, then this will be the ideal place for you. Read more

I'm just being honest. It wasn't a good experience. First off, there was a long line.Good problem to have. Finally got to the... speaker placed my order paid it the first window when I got to the second window this guy handed me two drinks that were full tothe brim not a drop of condensation absolutely no ice no carbonation I didn't take a drink of it it looked like coffee but Ialready paid for it so I figured I'd have to take care of me later. I got home the fries were soggy I only had a mile to drivepops were undrinkable and the chicken was okay wasn't very warm they said that they put lettuce on it I get home and doesn'thave anything on it at all so I was not happy! I probably won't go to this one again other than to get my replacement meal, cuz Ispent almost $18 bucks for an unsatisfactory meal."update!"The manager took care of me and it was a little better. They had alittle ice though. Sheryl I have seen her twice now in the drive thru window and she has been so genuinely kind. Always smiling. While waiting in a... usually long line because they make it so well, having kind service makes it better. Thank you! Read more
