Ordered the breakfast burrito as staff recommended. Nobody was there so I presume the cook wasn't distracted or anything... abnormal. 2 bites in I had to throw it away and leave. Worst breakfast I've had in recent memory and definitely the worst foodI've had in downtown. Went next door to Jason's Deli and grabbed lunch instead. Glad I did. Won't be back and honestly surprisedthis place has even stayed open as long as it has. Read more

I enjoyed my tempeh barbecue sandwich with pickle! I left off the cheese and added guacamole and it was delicious! I'm thankful... for vegan options, especially when I need a quick meal on the go. Read more

I eat here all the time when I'm working in the area. The food is really good, and there are a lot of healthier, lower calorie,... options. They have this system of serving by calling out playing cards. It's fine when it works, but I've seen a few hiccups. They need a speaker system, because it's hard to hear in there. I saw one mix-up where they recorded a different card than theone the customer had, so she had to just go up when it was taking too long. Her sandwich was cold by then if it had beentoasted. These are pretty easy fixes that they just need to work on. Read more

This is the best food, people, vibe, customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I work in the building and they are... consistent and amazing. I can't believe ANYONE would compare planet sub to subway. Sad. Love you guys! Read more

I really want to give 4.5 stars, but am rounding up. I don't think the equivalency to subway is an accurate one, this place is... much closer to a Potbellies. The subs were toasted and loaded with ingredients. The bread was much more durable and tasty than aSubway sandwich. Great place for lunch. Relatively fast service, and very friendly employees. I probably eat at this location once a week, at least. The bread is really baked fresh each day and it's fantastic. I'm kinda... addicted to their breakfast sandwich, the Sunrise Sub. Yep, they have breakfast, not sure if they like to advertise this ornot. Just a word to the wise, all sandwiches are made fresh, per order, so don't walk in expecting it to be ready unless youcall ahead (hint). Their soups are pretty darn tasty as well. Read more
