I've ate plenty of times at this pizza hut. Didn't like it at first. This time the customer service was excellent and the pizza... was very good. Don't know what they did to turn it around. 2 large pizzas only 4 peices were eaten, no one liked the meat balls and couldn't find hamburger for topping, not done in the... middle and their extra cheese seemed like what normal cheese should be. Pizza was delivered in good time, hot and the gentlemanwas polite! Read more
This location is in desperate need of customer service training. Standing around watching 5 or 6 workers pretend to be busy,... phone ringing over and over (nobody answering), after 10 minutes I made eye contact with a female that listened to what I saidand turned away and left. I was never greeted, just me saying "hello" and the staff complaining they were "too busy" in thebackground. Read more

Food quality is not bad. Prices are completely unacceptable. I was charged a 25% delivery fee that noted ?not a driver tip?.... Unacceptable for a single pizza and breadsticks to be almost $30. Half the pizza was plain cheese! Delivery was less than 1mile! Read more
I ordered pizza from here and my experience did not make me very happy, i ordered 2 large pizzas for me and my family members to... eat for dinner considering we had no grocery food to eat at home so i decided to order pizza at about 8:45pm the food arrived atabout 9:15 or 9:20pm Which i didnt really mind waiting for my order to arrive, but when my order arrived i was handed the pizzain a rude manner and not greeted a hello or goodbye *fast forward to when i opened the pizza box's* both my pizza crusts wereovercooked and incredibly salty, i would know this as someone who bakes pizzas on. Occasions. The bottom of the pizza crust inboth boxes were very oily and hard the point of the pizza was very sharp and stale and not soft and fluffy like a normal pizzawhich leads me to believe that the pizza was left out. To sit and they just reheated the pizza. When i took a bite of my cheesestuffed crust pizza the pizza slices were incredibly hard to pull apart as if nobody had cut the pizza properly and it was stiffas if it were bonded together or glued..the food was hot and looked appetizing to the eye to a degree but for my overallexperience from ordering pizza here i was not happy and i was extremely disappointed. We had a somewhat large order for a church group event: 6 pizzas and 2 dozen wings. I ordered online early in the day for a 6... pm delivery. At 6pm, everything arrived hot, fresh, and just as I ordered it, making our evening that much more enjoyable. Thank you for a job well done! Read more
