The pandemic has changed a lot of things including restaurants...The last time I ordered my go to meal the sub was thick enough... for two meals. This time it was so thick with mayo, and I could hardly find any chicken at all in the sandwhich. For almost$33.00 I just exspected what I usually get, but life as normal has changed for now. Was greeted by a man that was very pleasant and helpful. When it came time to check out my brother was confused on how our order... was rung up so he just recalled all the things we had to make sure it was correct. The lady behind the register then proceededto ?re-enter our order? causing a significant price increase. We were confused on how it had changed when it should not have.She then proceeds to yell at us that it was right the first time and she refuses to change it back since ?we made her change itthe first time? when we were just double checking that she had the right items. When we questioned why this was such a big dealshe proceeds to curse under her breath, pull the other customers into the conversation by saying things like ?you saw me ring itin the first time right?? (as if we forcibly made her change it when we just were asking if she had the right order), and alsosay things like ?Lord Jesus help me deal with these people? (or something of that nature). All throughout this interaction wenever once raised our tone, we remained civil and kind. All around a terrible experience that will result in us never wanting toreturn back to this establishment.
