We live in a world where businesses are in a constant state of training new employees because of employee turnover. I've been a... frequent customer at this Panera location for over a year and have seen many new faces often. The one thing I consistently seeis a man who seems to be the manager training his new employees with heart. He cares about their success no matter what.Employees do come and go for many reasons, but his demeanor never waivers when the constant turn happens. We need more and moreleaders like this running our open businesses. People need to see they are valued, respected, and that no matter the strugglesomeone is there to teach you the ropes in a positive way. This is the worst Panera I have been too, mainly because of the service when I ordered. This woman, "Clara" according to my... receipt but idk if that's accurate, was rude, impatient, and dismissive. No one was waiting behind me so there was no excuse forhow she was. Read more

The food we had was good. However the service was awful. The online order was placed for our business about noon and was paid... for at that time. They claimed it did not come into their location until 1:05pm. It was due to be ready at 1:08pm? I recognizethis is impossible. But, the staff member sent to pick it up was treated very poorly. They were full of excuses and lied to uswhen we called to inquire? first, they tried multiple excuses, then put us on hold until we were disconnected. The GM was toobusy in a meeting then she admitted to assisting with the pick up, she took an additude, gave more excuses and the whole thingmade our office have to adjust the afternoon appointments. We were only offered some cookies as compensation and it was therudeness and excuses that they used to mask the fact they were behind in their meal service. There were no apologies given forthe hold time or disconnection of the call. They never admitted any responsibility and tried to excuse their way out of thisterrible service. Our whole office was put out by over 30 minutes causing massive changes to our schedule and appointments. Ihighly recommend you pick a different location if you even want Panera. The Service is terrible at this location, not friendlyat all. Read more

I had the soup and sandwich combo. My associate had the Flatbread pizza and soup. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The... service was good. This locations lacks adequate parking. Read more

I had to cater brunch for my bridal party on the morning of our wedding at the last minute and Teresa at this cafe came through.... They originally didn't have the staff to accommodate the delivery to our venue, but she was able to make some calls and bring inan employee from another store to make it happen. She was a lifesaver, went above and beyond, and helped make our weddingmemorable and stress free. If you need to have an event catered, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this cafe. Read more

They completely left out 8 muffins and refused to refund us because one of their workers claimed they substituted them. After a... lot of dispute and annoyance, we eventually got them to agree to refund but they only refunded 5 of the 8 Read more

This there star rating is not an easy one to give. As when I arrived there were no other customers inside. The young ladies at... the front seemed nice and polite, and excited to be there. But with no other customers inside, you would expect your order to bemade correctly and swiftly. It was swift, but incorrect.
