We arrived, walked straight in to counter and ordered. Our food was never brought out. Many others came and went. Finally we... went up to counter, half the food was there and they had to remake the other half as they had given it to someone else. It wasfreezing in the place. And the music was so loud that the server who was taking my order could not hear me and I could not hearher. I was very disappointed. I have been to this place 3 times before and had decent service. I was in the other day, there was no air conditioning. It was 84 degrees in there I looked at the thermostat. We were sweating... in there. We waited over 40mins for our order. Which was cold and some of the parmesan chicken was burnt for my kidsmeals. I'm not blaming the employees, they were working hard, and in that heat. This seems to be an upper management issue ofstaffing and not taking care of their employees. At one point the employees locked the door and put up a sign saying they willno longer be taking online orders. It was madness. Ordered two Japanese Pan Noodles with marinaded steak and got two plain orders didn?t even... ring order up with steak. 5 stars for kitchen guy when he set are order down and we both gasped and said where?s the steak. Food was ok. The dish I ordered had large, thick noodles that just didn't hit the spot. Unfortunately I haven't had the greatest... experiences at these places. The meatballs were just ok and the pot stickers were average. Food was hot and made to order sothat's a plus. I may give this another try but I'll be skeptical. Your mileage may vary. Read more
The pot stickers used to be so good, but today both orders were doughy and obviously quickly microwaved. They were cold by the... time they got here. Japanese pan noodles were pretty good, but the broccoli was just raw and unseasoned. Crust on the chickendish was burnt. Meh experience from a place I used to frequent. Read more
The noodles were good I had the Montamore alfredo with Parmesan crusted chicken. However I got a side of tomato basil soup that... look like it had been in the pot for a week and tasted burnt.
