Love this food truck! I told the man it was my first time trying it and he passionately walked me through the menu. You can tell... he is all about this. I tried the tacos de canasta and the meat had delicious rich flavor with a kick. They could have put moremeat on them, the meat content was not very generous but all in all this food was really good.
