I placed my online curbside order at 7:01 PM. It was supposed to be able to pick up after 25 minutes. I arrived at 7:30 PM. I... had to call and wait on hold for five minutes because they were looking for my order that they mysteriously lost, but could noteven tell me. We ordered over $100 worth of food. We didn’t receive our full order and the food we got was messed up. We ordered mozzarella... sticks and they were so over cooked they were inedible. We told the delivery driver of the missing items and so he thought hegot orders mixed up and opened another persons order which is so gross. Next he said he would be back with our food later. Overan hour later we called because the driver said it would be 30 minutes and the lady said it would be 10 more minutes. 2 hourslater than that we called again and we were told to talk to the manager. We talked to her and she was completely rude and toldus it was just too busy and there was nothing they could do. We told them don’t come it’s already later than 9 pm. They ladyjust kept saying it want their fault. Finally we hung up and the driver came by at 10 pm. He kept apologizing and was very nicebut the manager was already rude and it was late. They gave us the missing food which was gross and freezing cold. We had a kidtrying to sleep and we told them not to come. The manage didn’t offer anything like a refund or a free anything. This locationis literally down the road and it took them over 3 hours for our food. Absolutely horrible service. The manger makes us not wantto eat here again. Wont make the same mistake in the future. Edit: the manager called again and left a voicemail basicallysaying how she wasn’t done talking because I hung up and said just kept saying how she was still talking and to call her back.I will not be calling back she was horrible to talk to. I stop at Minskys at least every other time I visit KC. It's just good pizza. It's not think crust or super thick....it's just... hard to explain. I recommend you try it out of in the area! Oh yeah...the boneless wings with the sweet and spicy areincredible! Read more

Food here was absolutely amazing. I had a calzone and so did the wife and they were both absolutely delicious. We came at a... slower time but the service was perfect. We never wanted for anything but didn't feel like we were being hovered over. Would forsure recommend. They have a small bar area hat's seems perfect for a non monumental sports event. Read more
Best pizza! It's so good. My husband grew up in KC and this is his favorite. I am so glad he's shared it with us! Our daughter... thinks it's the greatest pizza ever and we agree. Has accessible entrances and plenty of room to maneuver around. Highlyrecommended! Read more
In town visiting family. Drove by this place and decided to stopped in for lunch. I was surprised to see all the different... options on the menu given the restaurant name. When you walk in there is a bar to the left and a dine in section to the right.Had three young kids with me and there was another family in there with younger kids and one with slightly older kids. Therestaurant was quiet and you could not tell they had a room full of kids. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ourwaitress, Christine, checked on us multiple times and was very friendly. The food was amazing. Fries were seasoned perfectly andthe pizza were delicious. Chicken tenders cooked to perfection. Will definitely stop by next time we are in town! Read more
