Nice atmosphere and the pizza looked good and smelled GREAT. Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to actually taste it. 80... minutes after ordering, I had to leave to get back to work. My wife waited for our pizza and finally took it to go... no offerof refund, no apologies, nothing. An hour and a half seems a little outrageous to wait on a pizza. This could be a really good pizza place. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars because the pizza is a good oven fired pizza but the... concept is odd. So you walk in and there is a menu and once you know what you want you walk over to the cash register and placeyour order. So I've been here twice and both times they didn't give us glasses for the coke I ordered and my wife got one oftheir specialty lemonade's ,which was very good, and they didn't bring us the lemonade. So I had to get up and ask them about itthem they gave it to us. They bring you your food but they don't have waiters and waitresses that come around and check on you.Also the plates and silverware are along the back wall next to the pop machine. Which they didn't tell us I had to ask. Thefirst time we were here was restaurant week and the deal included a dessert calzone which was not bad but they forgot to make itfor us so I had to get up and ask about it and then they quickly make it but is was under cooked it. So this feels like afairly new restaurant the employee's I dealt with were polite but they all seemed new. I think and I the food was good. We love this place. Its kind of tucked in the Ward Parkway Shopping center and is easy to miss. They have great nightly... specials. Monday is probably the best when it is buy a specialty pizza get a margarita for free. Pizza's are brick oven andcome out really good and crispy. Definitely a relaxed atmosphere, order at the counter type of place. I think their Hawaiianpizza is my favorite. One tip they also run a reverse Happy Hour every night from 8 - 9. It is worth checking out. 3$ beers,4$ Mixed Drinks, 5$ wine. They have a good selection as well for Happy Hour. Read more

Delightful pizza, above and beyond customer service. My son won a Medici gift card so we went to check it out. My son has some... serious sensory issues so going out to eat can be challenging. He genuinely is afraid of anything green on or near his food. Weorder the most basic cheese pizza for him & it comes out with basil (not their fault, I just didn?t know it came with basil.) Iresigned myself to yet another failed dining experience as he curled into a ball at our booth when he saw the basil. I peeledthe basil off but it didn?t fool him. Bailey, who brought our food to the table, was my hero!!! She took one look at him andasked if everything was okay. I told her about his aversion to green foods. She snapped to action, quickly re-making the pizzawith no ?green things.? My son said it was the best pizza he ever had in his life. Someone give Bailey a raise!!! Our pizzaswere all delightful but Bailey ?s thoughtful caring customer service won my business as a repeat customer.
